A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

Appointments are booked through Setmore. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Changes made with at least 72 hours' notice may transfer your deposit as a credit toward one future appointment.
• Only one reschedule is permitted without penalty.
• Changes made with less than 72 hours' notice result in deposit forfeiture.
• Additional changes, missed rescheduled appointments, or cancellations may require a new deposit and approval before rebooking.

All deposits are nonrefundable.

A 10-minute grace period is provided. Please notify me if you are running late.

Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

No-call, no-show appointments automatically forfeit the deposit and may require approval for future bookings.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and following all instructions before their appointment.

Failure to meet pre-care requirements may result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

A healed touch-up is recommended approximately 4–8 weeks after your initial procedure and is booked separately.

Touch-ups are intended for refining healed results, adjusting color, and improving pigment retention. Additional work may be subject to separate pricing depending on the condition of the brows.

Annual refreshes are recommended approximately 12–18 months after your initial procedure, depending on pigment retention and skin condition.

This appointment is booked separately. Existing permanent makeup must be assessed before approval.

Previous permanent makeup must be disclosed before booking.

Clients with existing brow tattoos must send clear, well-lit photos of their bare brows for assessment and approval before scheduling.

Not all previous work can be safely or effectively corrected or covered. Additional sessions or laser removal may be recommended before proceeding.

Please do not book until your existing work has been approved.

Permanent makeup is a multi-stage healing process. Your brows will change in appearance as the skin heals and the pigment settles.

What to expect:

• Days 1–3: Brows will appear darker, bolder, and more defined than the final healed result.
• Days 4–7: Mild dryness, itching, flaking, or light scabbing may occur. Allow the skin to heal naturally.
• Days 7–14: Brows may appear lighter, patchy, or uneven as the skin regenerates. This is commonly known as the ghosting stage.
• Weeks 4–6: Pigment gradually resurfaces and the healed color becomes more visible.
• Weeks 6–8: Results can be better evaluated to determine whether a touch-up is needed.

Healing and pigment retention vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, skincare, and individual healing response.

Freshly completed brows are not the final result. Please allow the full healing process before evaluating your results.

Proper aftercare is essential for optimal healing and pigment retention.

• Keep the treated area clean and follow the specific aftercare instructions provided.
• Do not pick, scratch, rub, or peel flaking skin.
• Avoid excessive sweating, swimming, saunas, and direct sun exposure during the initial healing period.
• Avoid makeup, exfoliants, retinol, and active skincare products directly on the treated area until fully healed.
• Allow any flaking or scabbing to shed naturally.
• Follow all individualized aftercare instructions provided at your appointment.

An aftercare bag and detailed instructions are provided at your appointment.

If you experience increasing redness, warmth, swelling, pus, fever, or worsening pain, seek medical evaluation promptly.

For your safety, permanent makeup is not suitable for everyone. Please review the following requirements before booking.

• Clients must be 18 years of age or older.

Medical & Health Considerations

Please contact Divina Beauty Bar before booking if any of the following apply:

• History of epilepsy, seizures, or fainting episodes.
• Diabetes, which may require medical clearance.
• Use of blood thinners or medications that may affect healing or bleeding.
• Current or recent chemotherapy or radiation treatment.
• History of keloids or excessive scarring.
• History of adverse skin reactions or allergies to pigments, inks, or cosmetic products.
• Active skin conditions, irritation, infection, or inflammation in the brow area.
• History of blood-borne infections, including hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV, which must be discussed privately so appropriate safety and treatment requirements can be assessed.

Medication Restrictions

For studio safety, treatments are not performed on clients who have used isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past 12 months.

Certain medications and medical conditions may require additional evaluation or medical clearance before treatment.

Please do not discontinue prescribed medications without consulting your healthcare provider.

Important

All health conditions, allergies, medications, and relevant medical history must be disclosed privately before your appointment. Final eligibility is determined following an individual safety assessment.
